Once you’ve reviewed your estimate, we’ll walk you through the full scope of work, timeline, and payment schedule. We’ll answer any questions you have, make any final tweaks, and when you’re ready, we’ll get everything signed and lock in your project.
Once the contract is signed and deposit is in, we’ll submit permits (if needed), order materials, and get your project scheduled. We manage every detail — so you don’t have to. We show up on time, communicate clearly, and keep things moving from day one.

Yes. We’re a licensed and bonded general contractor, licensed builder, and licensed real estate agent — running our own brokerage right here in Central Jersey.
Yes. While we don’t directly finance projects ourselves, our project management platform includes a secure link to a trusted third-party financing partner.
For smaller jobs, we keep it simple — typically 50% at signing and 50% at completion.
We start every job with a detailed, line-by-line estimate — not just a lump sum.
Once the contract and deposit are in place, we’ll schedule your project and provide a clear timeline from start to finish.
Most major projects — like additions, structural changes, and anything involving electrical, plumbing, or HVAC — require a building permit.
It depends on the scope of work. For large-scale projects like a full home renovation or a full second-floor addition, living in the home during construction usually isn’t possible.
We do our best to limit change orders, but the bigger the project, the more likely they are.
